What can you expect after you set up an appointment with me and it’s time for us to meet?
The first thing we’ll do is meet at your place and walk through it for a few minutes to look at any improvements or upgrades you’ve made to the property and what its current condition is. Then we’ll sit down and look at some comparables to fully understand what the market looks like right now. After that, we’ll review our awesome marketing plan so you can see if it matches up with your expectations. Finally, we’ll determine whether we want to team up or not.
There are three things I’d like you to gather in preparation for this meeting: your utilities from the last 12 months, your mortgage payoff amount and your lender’s information, and your HOA contact information. Having these items ready will help us market the property if we decide to move forward together.
